Abou Amara to Moderate Federal Bar Association CLE Panel on Article III Standing in Class Actions

On May 14, 2024, Gustafson Gluek attorney Abou B. Amara, Jr. will moderate a continuing legal education (CLE) panel discussion titled “Article III Standing in the Wake of TransUnion: Navigating a New Era of Uncertainty.”

This CLE panel discussion will explore the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2021 landmark decision in TransUnion v. Ramirez, and how the Court’s decision has altered the landscape for satisfying class action standing requirements under Article III of the United States Constitution.

Panelists include the Honorable Eric C. Tostrud, Jeffrey P. Justman of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath and Kate M. Baxter-Kauf of Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP.       

This CLE Panel discussion is hosted by the Mass Tort, Multi-District Litigation, and Class Action Practice Group of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
